Requirements
A group of 2-4 MBA-consultants, becoming Bloomberg certified, will solve a problem or opportunity that your organization is currently facing. The student-consultants will research industry trends, competitors, best practices, etc., to provide context and actionable recommendations. Past projects have included:
- Find the cause of employee turnover
- Integrating technology into operations
- Company positioning in a new market
- Product positioning in an existing market
- Customer acquisition & sales strategy
